A Dubai Vacation has gone south for a British Couple
Charlotte Adams (25) and Ayman Najafi (24) have been ordered to pay a find of almost $300 USD and serve 1-month in a Dubai jail after being arrested during their holidays.
The couple shared a kiss and drank alcohol together as they dined in Dubai. An unnamed local woman filed a complaint, stating that her 2-year-old daughter witnessed their "indiscretions".
Wait, what?
With the most of the Middle East kind of a "hot zone" for most Westerners, Dubai better watch it. It won't have any chance of remaining tops on the list of destinations-one-must-visit if they keep arresting Westerners for having, wait for it, a GOOD TIME!
These hillocks are quite obviously ruining the moral fiber of their community, what with all their cheek pecking and wine drinking.
Believe it or not, this has happened THREE TIMES in the past 2 years to British travellers. Believing they were on wonderful destination vacations, they found themselves thrown in jail for expressing their affection to one another. One woman narrowly escaped a long prison term after it was found out that she engaged in pre-marital sex wit her travel companion on a deserted beach. Another couple was almost jailed for sharing a hotel room, that is until they proved they were in fact married.
This is insane. I have always wanted to go to Dubai, but I don't think I will now that I know I can't get loaded and make out with a random British man I find in my hotel bar. That just wouldn't be a vacation.

Those Dubai--such wild and crazy guys. Their mission statement: We want to build Club-Modest and attract other wild and crazy party animals who can dance in head to sole coverings at a discrete distance from each other hopped up on juice and tea. You may even get lucky with an occasional glance of eyes and ankle so long as you appear not to notice. Remember our motto: Indiscrete in the street gets you a fine and a warm jail seat. Can't wait to go. =:)
